We will start with the grandiose basilica of Fourvière, overlooking Lyon, from where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the ancient capital of the Gaules. We will walk along the cobble stoned streets, and through the ‘Traboule’ passageways of ‘Old Lyon’ where we will reveal the secrets of this Renaissance district. We’ll then go for a short tour of the ‘Presqu’ile, nowadays the citycenter, where you’ll be plunged you into the excitement of Lyon.
You will then take the road towards the vineyards with your guide. You will discover that this surprising vineyard area is more than 2000 years old, and has crossed and accompanied the local history. It is today a dynamic territory with a young generation of winemakers that you will have the pleasure of meeting during a visit at a wine estate.
